Envision is an active, pre-cleared source across federal and state channels. The qualification work is already done. Every channel below is live, and all pricing has been reviewed and approved.

AbilityOne

Envision is affiliated with the National Industries for the Blind. AbilityOne is the federal program that designates certain products as mandatory-source from approved nonprofit manufacturers. SKILCRAFT-branded Envision products in the federal catalog include trash bags, seal-closure bags, VISI-BELTs, and print services.

DLA Prime Vendor

Envision holds the AbilityOne Base Supply Center (ABOBSC) Tailored Logistics Support contract with DLA Troop Support — a $360 million, 5-year IDIQ. IDIQ stands for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, a federal contract type with a set ceiling and flexible ordering; every purchase over the micro-purchase threshold is competed among the 16 AbilityOne Base Supply Store Operators.

ABOBSC TLS: $360M, 5-year. $408M combined DLA capacity with H2F. Each offers customer-specific items within its individual scope.

Base Supply Centers

16 Envision-operated locations across 10 states, serving Air Force, Army, Space Force, and Navy. Part of the AbilityOne BSC network spanning 160+ bases in 14 countries. Orders are accepted from any installation, CONUS or OCONUS.

DLA Troop Support fair & reasonableness pricing determination. Requisition via G-Invoicing, MIPR, or MILSTRIP. Buyers who are not near a store order from the online Base Supply Center, shipped worldwide including APO and FPO addresses.

Kansas State Use Program

The Wichita Campus is the verified Kansas State Use participant. State agencies can procure Wichita-manufactured product through the mandatory-source channel.

The Dallas Campus is an authorized WorkQuest (formerly TIBH Industries) participant under the State of Texas State Use Program. Texas agencies procure Dallas-manufactured product through the mandatory-source channel.

Contract Vehicle

H2F — Holistic Health & Fitness

Envision is the dedicated contract support for the DLA Holistic Health & Fitness program — one accountable channel from RFQ to delivery for every branch of the force. Kits and NSN line items are assembled and repackaged in Wichita and ship through DLA direct to units, CONUS and OCONUS.

H2F: $48M, 5-year IDIQ. Open to all DoW branches and federal agencies.

Compliance + Procurement Access

The credentials are the door. We've already opened it.

TAA, Berry, Buy American, ISO 9001:2015, and decades of continuous U.S. manufacturing — the qualifications federal and military buyers require are already in place.

ISO 9001:2015 Wichita Dallas

The ISO 9001:2015 quality system operates across both campuses, each under its own Intertek, ANAB-accredited registration. Wichita Campus: certificate CERT-0145394 — certified since 2008, valid until 18 Apr 2029. Scope: plastic bags, small items, and printing services. Dallas Campus: certificate CERT-0145812 — valid until 25 Apr 2028. Scope: manufacture, assembly and fulfillment for government, military, and commercial applications. QA Lab material and dimensional validation against gauge, strength, and spec, system-wide.

Berry Amendment

Compliant. The Berry Amendment requires DoD to give preference to domestically sourced textiles and related end items. Envision's qualifying production, including ACU trousers, MOLLE pouches, and ETOOL carriers from Dallas, meets the domestic sourcing requirement.

TAA compliant

Trade Agreements Act. The Trade Agreements Act restricts federal procurement to U.S.-made or designated-country end products. Envision's federal-channel products satisfy TAA country-of-origin requirements.

Buy American Act

Compliant. The Buy American Act sets domestic content thresholds for federal purchases. Envision's U.S. manufacturing satisfies the applicable domestic content tests.

DCMA Alternate Release Dallas

Authorized under the DCMA Alternate Release Program. Qualifying military products ship on Alternate Release without prior government source inspection, reflecting high confidence in Envision's quality management system and saving weeks of audit time. Release is product-specific rather than blanket: some items, such as the ACU trouser, still go through source inspection at the treatment center.

AbilityOne mandatory-source participant nationally. Kansas State Use participant out of Wichita and Texas WorkQuest (State Use) participant out of Dallas.
